Orders are sent by courier from our New Zealand fulfilment partner.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, with rural deliveries generally taking a little longer.

Authority to leave

Deliveries may be made without a signature where available. Please provide a safe and suitable delivery address and include any delivery instructions at checkout where this option is available.

Something gone wrong?

If your Stormee arrives damaged, your order is incorrect, or your parcel hasn’t arrived as expected, please get in touch at hello@stormee.co.nz and we’ll help sort it out.

Please include your order number and, for damaged products, a photo where possible.
